...in downey..not far from the ABC region (artesia, bellflower, cerritos), nice parish, fr higgins grew up protestant he said once..but became catholic....he has a dynamic personal testimony about hardships he overcame as a youth and young man.. God bless him, we pray for him and for fr paul, fr ambrose, et al.
